A 21-year-old man, Sagar Belose, was arrested for punching a constable and breaking his two teeth at a garden in Vashi early on Monday. The incident took place after the cop, Dayanand Lahange (27), reprimanded Belose for sitting in the garden at Vashi mini seashore at 1.30am with a 15-year-old girl.
