‘RTI’ extortionist held while taking Rs 12.5 lakh from builder

A man who posed as an RTI activist from Govandi and allegedly tried to extort money from a builder carrying out a redevelopment project, was caught red-handed while accepting Rs 12.5 lakh on Tuesday.
