When students at Zeal School, a small five-room set-up in densely packed Ambhujwadi of Malwani in Malad, told their principal they wouldn’t be able to pay fees during the lockdown, she decided to give them a three-month waiver. Chatting with students, she learnt some of them barely had two square meals a day.
