Mum restaurants, bars can stay open till 11.30pm

Less than 48 hours after representatives from the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Western India (HRAWI) met BMC commissioner I S Chahal, the civic body has granted city eateries and bars permission to remain open till 11.30pm, effective Thursday night.
