BMC' S Ward: Essential shops to open 8AM to 12AM

Crowding in public places has prompted at least one civic ward in the city to further tighten restrictions on shopping and movement. The BMC's S Ward, one of the largest, areawise, in the city and spread over Powai, Bhandup and Kanjurmarg, has issued a circular saying essential shops will only be allowed to remain open from 8am to 12 noon to ensure crowding can be prevented and the spread of Coronavirus contained.
