Mumbai & Thane move to Level 1, final call with BMC

Nearly 25 of the state’s 36 districts, including Mumbai and Thane, are eligible to be upgraded to the Level 1 category that allows for near-total unlock, according to the weekly review of Covid-19 indicators, part of the state government’s five-level unlock plan.
