An 11-year-old girl who jumped out of a running cab after its 75-year-old driver insisted that she move to the front seat and touched her inappropriately when she was on her way to a relative’s home after school in 2016, ensured that the accused was caught and sentenced to three years’ rigorous imprisonment under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act.
