Court frees convict, says 5-yr-old was ‘tutored’

While setting aside a May 2019 conviction under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act, the Bombay high court noted the five-year-old survivor stated her parents had told her how to give a statement against the accused.
