Mom, dad must pay equally for child’s education: HC

Both parents should be equally responsible for taking care of their children’s education expenses, ruled the Nagpur bench of Bombay high court after an 18-year-old approached the court (he was 18 in 2019 when he went to court) as he was finding it difficult to pay fees at IIT Dhanbad, where he has secured admission to the mechanical branch.
