The Maharashtra revenue department informed the state's anti-corruption ombudsman on Tuesday that a piece of land in Dapoli, Ratnagiri, on which transport minister Anil Parab had built a resort had been wrongfully tagged as 'non-agricultural (NA)', thus proving the construction to be illegal and in violation of Coastal Regulation Zone rules.
